Weekend Meals for Students experiencing Food Insecurity
The Warrior Bag Program provides weekend lunch kits to students in the Wilson Area School District who are facing food insecurity. Every Friday LINCS delivers these meal bags to ensure children have access to nutritious food even when school is out.
In addition, families in the Warrior Bag program receive a full Thanksgiving Dinner, and the program is supported year-round by community donations of funds and non-perishable items.
