Family Navigator
Connecting Families to Critical Services
Funded by a $20,000 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the Family Navigator Program links Wilson Area residents with vital support services through a partnership with CONCERN for Kids. A licensed social worker provides individual assessments and customized referrals.
Since 2022, this program has impacted hundreds of families and individuals, helping build long-term resilience and well-being.
In 2024 alone:
130 households were served across 27 service categories
💡This initiative is funded by HUD’s CDBG Program via Northampton County’s Department of Community & Economic Development.
